A trained CxA Consultant will meet with you and learn about your business and it’s needs. It is important to understand what your business does, how it does that, the current business situation and where you are heading in the future. The CxA Consultant will partner with you to develop an Internet Strategy that utilises the internet to help support, grow and benefit your business.

This strategy is supported by a highly skilled CxA Content Manager and Technical Development Team. They will work with you to design a graphic mockup that is effective and appropriate for your business needs, help to focus and spark ideas for the content required on the website and technologically build the site, arrange hosting, register domain names and all required functionality.

Once the new website is up and live, our support team will introduce you to CxA’s Online Content Management System. With minimal training time (approx 30 minutes), you will be able to learn how to update text and images on your website, live on the internet.

As part of the Internet Strategy, the CxA Consultant will help to manage your marketing efforts, provide feedback and reporting to ensure that your website and Internet strategies are effective and help support and grow your business.
